Not many people live to the ripe old age of 100. In the span of a century, entire countries rise and fall, cultures evolve, fashions transform. Yet some have endured. There are those who still prevail and even prosper. One such icon, Ireland’s oldest Céilí Band, was born a century ago in the tiny village of Kilfenora. For the 8 year in row the Kilfenora will be the main band on stage for the Céilí Mór Sunday 7th Oct on Grand Parade.

World's Largest Céilí Band
At 3pm on Sunday the 13th of October we aim to set the record for 'The World's Largest Irish Céilí Band' by having over 250 musicians playing for a Céilí Mór at Cork City Hall. For more info email: infocorkfolk@gmail.com
